To brew the perfect 8-ounce cup, simply place a filter cone (if desired) onto a carafe or cup, insert a filter, and measure 8 ounces of water into the Fino Kettle. Boil the water and then let it stand for 12 to 15 seconds, allowing it to cool to the ideal temperature. Add 2 scoops of freshly ground coffee to the filter, then slowly pour half of the boiled water over the grounds. After waiting 30 seconds for the coffee to 'bloom', pour the remaining water over the grounds in a circular motion, starting from the center and moving outward. Gently stir the grounds with a spoon to ensure they are all wet. Once the coffee has finished dripping, discard the filter and wet grounds, and enjoy your freshly brewed coffee.
